Questions about running assessments
What should I bring?
Your usual running kit and the trainers you run in now. If you have an old, well-worn pair of running trainers, please bring those too. The wear pattern on the soles helps us establish your foot strike.
What happens in the assessment?
We review your injury history and training, carry out a brief video analysis of your running and talk you through what it shows, test your strength, flexibility and movement, then agree a plan with you.
Do I need to be injured to book?
No. A running assessment is not only for injuries: many runners come to run more efficiently, or simply for a running MOT.
