Who we are
Barefoot Physiotherapy at Rapid Health Hub, 119 Wales Road, Kiveton Park, Sheffield, S26 6RA. We are the data controller for the personal information you give us.
What we collect and why
When you contact us or book an appointment, we collect your name, contact details and information about your health so we can provide safe, effective care. We keep clinical records securely as required by our professional body and regulator.
Booking by email
Appointment requests are sent by email to Helen Butler, one of our physiotherapists. Please keep your message short and avoid detailed medical information. We will ask for what we need when we reply.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. Please use WhatsApp for general questions and booking only, and do not send detailed medical information this way.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to our legal duty to keep clinical records. To make a request, email Butlerhelen55@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
