How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem and your goals. Many people notice a difference within two to four sessions. We will give you an honest estimate at your first appointment and always focus on helping you manage independently.

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us. If we think you need tests or a referral elsewhere, we will tell you and help arrange it.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area being treated. Shorts are helpful for knee, hip and ankle problems.
Can I use my health insurance?
Many patients claim through private medical insurance. Please check with your insurer before your first visit, get an authorisation code if they need one, and let us know when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make your appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a standard charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
