Jay is a Yoga and Pilates instructor working in both public and private fitness centres in the area. She often sees patients for one to one sessions who have been referred by their GP or Physiotherapist.
Jay has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, studying and teaching in the UK, Ireland, USA and Canada. She came to love yoga and pilates as a participant following a prolapsed disc many years ago. With time and patience, she avoided surgery and went on to study yoga and Pilates and now teaches over 20 classes each week.
Jay also competes in endurance swimming, cycling and running events, individually and in triathlons and attributes her success to a strong core, flexible body and positive mental attitude.
